Our U.S. production facility is based in Jefferson, Georgia, where our team combines long standing spinning expertise with continuous investment in quality and process control. We are supported by a sister production facility in South Korea, giving us added spinning capacity, regional flexibility, and a broader footprint to serve customers across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Buhler is one of the last spinners of Supima cotton yarn in the United States. That capability did not go anywhere when the protective work grew. The same fine count discipline that lets us spin extra long staple cotton is what lets us hold a count on modacrylic and aramid.
